Basics & History of Islam January 27-31 2025
Join us for an eye-opening week of seminars on the Basics & History of Islam! Gain a deeper understanding of one of the world’s major religions as we explore its origins, core beliefs, practices, and historical impact. This teaching will be taught by a former Muslim who now follows Jesus. You will learn about the Five Pillars of Islam, the Quran, the importance of Muhammad in Islam, and many other topics. Different Approaches with Muslims February 10-14 2025
Discover how to effectively share the love of Christ with Muslims through this insightful one-week seminar on Different Approaches with Muslims. Learn about the different approaches Christians have used over the centuries to evangelize to Muslims. Learn what it takes to build bridges between Christians and Muslims. From Raymond Lull to Lilias Trotter, you will learn about those who have come before us and what we can learn from them about how to reach Muslims today. Learn practical strategies and culturally sensitive ways to engage in meaningful conversations, build genuine relationships, and navigate spiritual discussions with respect and wisdom. Through interactive teachings and real-world examples, this seminar will equip you to connect with Muslim communities in a way that reflects the heart of Jesus. What is the schedule for the week?
What is the cost to join?
We have two options for joining our open week seminars (prices are per person):
- 160€ option including housing: includes housing for six nights (Sunday night through Friday night) and three meals a day (Monday to Friday) for the week.
- 80€ option without housing: Only includes the fee for attending the teaching and lunch each day (Monday to Friday).
These prices will be raised to 175€ and 95€ respectively in the new year.
Where will these seminars be held?
Our seminars on Islam will be held here at our YWAM Center in Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux France. Come and discover our beautiful region!
Will these seminars be in English?
Our seminars on Islam from a Christian perspective are held in both English and French. We are a multicultural YWAM center, with most of our staff speaking both English and French (we also have staff who speak Spanish, Portuguese, and other languages).
