Testimonials

The weekend was conducted in a very professional manner. The progression was gradual and accessible to all couples. The program, which combines moments of reflection, self-discovery, and understanding of how one's relationship works through highly suitable tools, moments of sharing, and mini "role-playing" scenarios, provides couples with an excellent foundation to begin or rebuild their relationship. The highlight: an exceptional, warm welcome and a meaningful moment at the end of the weekend. Don’t miss this opportunity 😊. Our relationships are truly worth it ❤️.

We had a wonderful weekend surrounded by three mentor couples and amazing participants. And yet… on Friday evening, as we headed to the first meeting, we both felt a certain apprehension about the seminar. We were afraid of having to open up, of having our relationship laid bare—basically, we weren’t as enthusiastic as we had initially been about participating. But very quickly, the warm welcome, the first discussions, and getting to know the other participants reassured us! We felt completely free to share or not, without any judgment. Thanks to this weekend, we gained incredibly useful tools for our relationship. The various exercises we did as a couple allowed us to have genuine conversations and meaningful exchanges. We shared things with each other that neither of us had ever expressed before. It was truly beautiful! We attended this seminar a few months after our wedding, and we strongly encourage others to experience it too! Don’t wait for problems to take over—sign up for this course!

I want to thank the seminar facilitators, who managed to immediately create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing each couple to connect and fully experience each moment. The training content is very informative. Even elements that we already knew took on a whole new dimension, thanks to concrete tools, exercises, and the insights provided by the facilitators. This training should be offered to all couples and multiple times throughout their lives. Thank you again for allowing us to deepen and improve the loving bond between my husband and me.

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Couple Cards

Couple cards are a unique, fun, and helpful way to help couples to better communicate with one another.

Each card is designed to facilitate reflection, analyses and critically evaluate feelings, behaviours and outcomes.

Each card has a key text and picture to help visualise the message. The back of the cards contains a list of questions intended to make you think and talk about, the last point on the card is a reflection on a possible way forward

Using Couple Cards:
When you’re faced with a communication challenge or disagreement, the Couple Cards allow you to follow the four phases of resolution: feelings, bad move, good move, and making up.

Feelings: The feeling set of cards help us connect to our feelings and share them with our partner … the cards help us start the beautiful process of connecting to the people we love

Bad move: The Bad moves help us realise and avoid certain actions which could do more harm and hurt the each other without even knowling

Good move: Some times we are stuck in stalemate, Good Moves cards are packed great & beautiful ideas couples can do to explore the situation, understand each other and eventually find a way forward.

Making up: Once we have done a number of Good Moves we can Make Up. This a the most beautiful set of all …. The cycle is complete and our relationships has become stronger
